21st April 2007 Windsurfing: Rhosneigr Wind Direction: S Wind Stength: 5-18 Surf / Sea State: Flat Air Temperature: Sea Temperature: Weather: Max Speed: Distance Covered: Looked promising at the start so rigged 6.4 and JP. Got planing a few times and then dropped off. Rigged 7.0 and S-type but the wind seemed to have really shut off. Waited until mid afternoon for it to return and had ball nicely powered. Some pretty fast runs through the chop which allowed some long but not high jumps. After 3 weeks off, I got tired quite quickly but by that time I was sunburnt and needed to head home. One thing though is that the footsraps on the s-type are kak. I can no longer bear the embarresment of wearing boots so need to find some better ones. If the wind had picked up in the morning it would have been 4 stars but it only get 3 for now. Matbe I should have gone on Sunday???? |
